M/s Ponnore Enterprises LLP, the parent company of Highland Logistics, was officially established on 2nd May 2014. However, the group's legacy dates back over 75 years to its humble beginnings, founded by the late Mr. Kochuverkey and later expanded by his son, the visionary businessman late Mr. P.K. Jose, in 1950.

In line with its vision for continued growth, the board of designated partners has initiated the development of a private industrial estate under the Private Industrial Estate Scheme 2022, launched by the Industries Department, Government of Kerala. A Private Industrial Estate Developer Permit will be issued upon approval by the relevant authorities, adhering to all statutory requirements and ensuring the protection of allottee interests.
The proposed estate will be divided into plots tailored to the specific needs of businesses. Each plot will be sold via a deed that includes all terms and conditions outlined in the official scheme.
